PRE-PAYMENT IN ADVANCE – for all products or orders exceeding $50, we do require full payment to secure your order – Same day orders/holds for product – require a credit card to secure your order. All cakes and custom cakes require a deposit to secure your order.

NEW UPDATE – Unfortunately at this time we are no longer accepting payment over the phone with VISA/MC due to a situation where someone ruined it for everyone – a customer used a stolen Visa to pay for C+L products. To protect ourselves and our clients we have now changed our policy and we are only accepting Payment in store or by interac e-transfers.
ONCE YOUR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED VIA INTERAC ETRANSFER OR PAYMENT IN STOmRE – YOUR ORDER WILL BE FULLY CONFIRMED. If your order is not paid for in advance, it is not confirmed.

 

Full Instructions:
Paying with an Interac E-transfer –
1. Log into your Online Banking with your bank.
2. Select Interac E-transfer or E-transfer or Online Etransfer
3. Create Cake and Loaf Bakery as a “Recipient” using ​hello@cakeandloaf.ca​ as the
email address.
4. In the security question section type: “​ password given”
5. In the password answer/password section type:​ cakebakery
a. all lowercase and no spaces
6. In the memo box, please include the following:
a. First + Last Name

b. Date

c. What was ordered.
7. Select “Send” interac etransfer.
8. Once your payment is received by C+L, your banking institution will post this payment your bank account and we will adjust and make note on your order. A print out will also be attached.
